Enjoyed our rooms with a view. The staff was fantastically friendly and super-friendly, we had a fast check-in. The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location next to local attractions, Big E, Six Flags, Springfield Armory, the West Springfield Fairgrounds, and the Six Flags park.

Location: the hotel was just next door to all major attractions and the fairgrounds, which are literally a stones throw away. Very courteous and extremely accommodating staff who were always there to help. We got a room with a tub.
